In this role youll develop tailored plans that boost consumption brand equity awareness and market penetration. Youll connect Brand Health and Sales KPIs to identify and close gaps and deliver impactful Channel Playbooks designed to win against the competition. A deep understanding of Modern Trade and a shoppercentric mindset are key to success in this role.
CROSSFUNCTIONAL LEAD
In this role youll lead crossfunctional discussions to drive success in Modern Trade through a channelagnostic approach. Youll provide strategic direction to sales teams ensuring consistent brand presence and maximizing both sales and equity. Partnering closely with Key Account teams youll support their commercial challenges while tailoring to customer and channel needs. Youll also collaborate with POSM and Trade Activation teams to develop impactful materials cascade strategies across stakeholders and identify opportunities for tools and communication that elevate .
CUSTOMERS & DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS MEETINGS
Youll lead joint business planning initiatives deploying tailored strategies that boost Red Bulls presence and longterm growth. By leveraging brand assets and longterm sales drivers youll unlock sustainable winwin collaborations while ensuring our brand equity is consistently protected. Crafting compelling sellin presentations will be a key part of influencing and aligning partners with our vision.
MARKET & REGIONS ALIGNMENT
In this role youll lead channel marketing discussions and workshops with key markets and global stakeholders. Youll guide markets in setting strategic business objectives implementing trade marketing plans and supporting business planning throughout the year. By driving localized action plans and adapting global playbooks youll help unlock marketspecific opportunities and fuel impactful worldwide.
Qualifications :
University degree in Business Management Marketing Project Management or the equivalent field experience
Excellent command of English German is considered a plus. Other languages advantageous but not required
6 years of experience in Trade Marketing with a proven track record working with global brands across marketing and insight functions
Knowledge of Category Management Key Account Management Off Premise Modern Trade Supermarket & Impulse is required
Strong strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to connect complex trends across disciplines while keeping a clear view of the commercial big picture.
Solid experience in highlevel negotiations with Global & Regional Key Accounts and a passion for building impactful business partnerships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights across diverse cultural contexts.
Demonstrated planning project management and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative teamoriented approach.
Selfmotivated innovative and solutiondriven with a proactive doitnow attitude thriving under pressure in dynamic fastpaced environments.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 3.471 gross per month.
