Bosch Romania is seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented legal intern to support our legal team covering Romania and Bulgaria. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain handson experience in a wide range of legal areas relevant to a multinational corporation including but not limited to commercial contracts corporate projects antitrust and intellectual property. The intern will work closely with experienced legal professionals and contribute to realworld projects gaining insights into the legal complexities of a global business. This is a remunerated position offered on a fulltime or parttime basis (please specify your preference in your application) with a hybrid working model from our Bosch Bucharest headquarters and remotely.
Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join our team:
- Conduct legal research on Romanian law as well as relevant EU regulations.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents (e.g. addenda powers of attorney contracts agreements etc).
- Support the legal team in corporate and commercial matters including IP and competition law.
- Prepare legal memoranda and presentations on various legal topics.
- Monitor legal developments and updates relevant to Boschs operations in Romania and Bulgaria.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as internal software reporting database update document management and correspondence.
- Participate in meetings and conference calls with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Maintains a good collaboration with internal clients.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a J.D. or LLM program at an accredited law school in Romania.
- Strong academic performance.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Fluency in Romanian and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in commercial law compliance and international business.
Bonus Points
- Previous internship experience particularly in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of German language (not mandatory but appreciated).
- Familiarity with legal research databases.
