Job Description
- Assist in the digitization and organization of quality management documentation and records Bosch central directive
- Support the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and systems for QMS HcP Process Compass
- Support to internal system and process audit activities: organize coordinate and follow up action plan
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assist in the analysis of QMS data and metrics (KPI) to identify areas for improvement
- Support the quality management team in various projects and initiatives related to digital and nondigital QMS e.g Preventive Quality Gap Analysis QMindset
- Contribute to organize QMM7 informal & formal events
Qualifications :
- Third or last year student major in Industrial Management/Quality management/ Information Technology or a related field
- Selfmotivated and eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude
- Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Good at reading writing and communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (ExcelPresentation PowerBI)
- Good design skill/video making and familiarity with digital solutions in documentation are a plus
