You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerforming initial patient assessment upon admission (at least once) according to the patients condition in the Integrated Notes Form in SOAP format comprehensively.
Executing instructions from specialist doctors or Direct Supervisors (as stated in the outpatient/inpatient referral letter from OPD/ED/OT/ward).
Handling lifesaving procedures and documenting them in the Medical Record communicating with the Direct Supervisor and explaining the patients general condition to the patient or their family.
Preparing medical records/patient status: Doublechecking medication names doses administration methods on the Flow Sheet. Rechecking laboratory test results. Verifying Diagnostic Imaging results (Radiology Ultrasound CT Scan etc. by initialing with clear signature name date and time of examination results.
Implementing procedures and practices for quality and safety services including training to support the achievement of hospitalwide indicators and department/unit goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from General Medicine
Indepth understanding of medical procedures diagnostics and patient care practices. Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards.
Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills to address complex medical issues make informed decisions and adapt to changing clinical situations.
Accurate documentation of patient histories treatment plans and medical outcomes. Compliance with hospital recordkeeping standards and legal requirements.
Have minimum 5 years work experience in a hospital
