Job Description
GF55 Architects seeks a skilled and experienced Architect for a Project Manager role to work in our NYC office. The ideal candidate should have 69 years of professional experience including as a Project Manager on projects similar in scope to GF55s portfolio.
GF55 is an awardwinning firm based in NYC with a diverse and talented team of architects and designers. Our projects range in size and scope with expertise in mixeduse multifamily institutional hospitality retail and commercial projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum 69 years of professional experience
- Minimum degree
- Professional licensure required
- Knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations is a plus
- Revit Sketchup Adobe Creative Suite MS office
