Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all pots pans utensils etc. and make available for use. Responsible for storing clean equipment. Cross trained to work the floor or other food service areas when needed. This person will work with management and coworkers to instill and foster the value of The Inn at VU. Duties And Responsibilities
Proper setup of work areas. Monitor the sanitizer for the proper efficiency level. Monitor and record temperatures. Se clean and sanitize all pots pans utensils and cooking containers. Dispose of garbage and trash. Maintains a clean and neat work and storage area. Cleans and maintains dishwasher. Drains all trucks/carts/trash cans/docks. Store all clean equipment for future use. Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of food handling equipment sanitation and storage safety equipment relating to dish area. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to work independently. Basic reading and writing skills. Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous food service experience preferred.
