Responsibilities:
Develop gain ongoing buyin and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for various territories leveraging existing relationships
Drive the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure with a focus on acquiring new business and maximizing revenue including generating and nurturing leads
Build and enhance ongoing relationships with prospective organizations primarily in the hospitality and commercial real estate sectors effectively positioning solutions through strategic and valuebased selling
Maintain CRM hygiene to produce ongoing and accurate forecasts; Salesforce knowledge and prior use is a must
Build and maintain a deep technical understanding of the companys hardware and software solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Marketing Product Sales Engineering and Customer Support) to deliver the best possible experience to customers
Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications:
710 years of experience selling in the EV space to markets like multiunit dwellings hospitality retail and parking at the enterprise level
B2B sales experience with hardware and SaaS solutions
Proven track record of net new business sales consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers across all organizational levels
Selfstarter who is proactive resourceful and resultsdriven
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Eager to learn and bring enthusiasm to daily work
Familiarity with Salesforce Outreach Google Suite Slack and ZoomInfo
Compensation:
Targeting a base salary of $120160k with an OTE of $250400k. Placement within the base salary range will depend on several factors including relevant job experience and skill set.
