We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Development Lead to drive the next phase of growth in its advertising business. This role is crucial in expanding Amazons advertising reach beyond its own platforms leveraging partnerships with independent agencies AdTech and MarTech providers. The ideal candidate will be tasked with cultivating new partnerships and driving revenue growth for emerging ad products with a focus on helping brands achieve meaningful results through innovative campaigns.
The successful applicant will manage the entire partnership lifecycle from identifying market opportunities to negotiating agreements and driving . This requires a deep understanding of the ad tech landscape programmatic advertising and key adtech solutions such as DSPs DMPs CDPs and SSPs. The role demands a strategic thinker who can spot trends influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive product innovation.
To excel in this position candidates should have a proven track record in managing strategic advertising technology partnerships and bringing technology products to market through key player collaborations. The role requires strong business acumen datadriven decisionmaking skills and the ability to work across various ad products supply sources and geographies.

Own endtoend partnership strategy with adtech providers from integration through growth and optimization
Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners influencing their tech and GTM strategy
Ability to represent Amazon to CSuite leaders at partner companies
Deep on technical business models and product integrations
Work crossfunctionally across product tech sales legal and finance to drive initiatives and programs
Drive innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale
Own robust goals for revenue product adoption and strategic actions
Lead with an analytical approach to business development leveraging data to drive decisions
10 years of professional or military experience
7 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
Bachelors degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
MBA
Experience in AdTech performance advertising and/or cloud service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $158400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
