Job Description
Big Valley Ford is looking for a Service Valet to join our team! The Service Valet is essential to providing a topnotch customer experience. Responsibilities include transporting customers and vehicles keeping the service area clean and organized and assisting with vehicle flow. From shuttling customers to delivering serviced vehicles this role supports the service team and ensures customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Transport customers to and from their homes offices or other destinations as needed.
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments.
- Move and park vehicles efficiently within the service area and lot.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive customer lounge and service vehicles.
- Assist with checking in vehicles and bringing them around for customer pickup.
- Notify the Service Manager of any needed maintenance or issues with shuttle vehicles (e.g. oil changes tires cleaning).
- Provide friendly and professional customer interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the service team.
Requirements:
- High energy level and a positive customerfocused attitude
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
