HYBRID RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Candidate Profile

Were looking for someone exceptional. Is that you

  • Experience:3 years in recruitment or sales (agency experience preferred).
  • Communication:Nativelevel English with articulate and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ambition:A proven track record of sales success and a genuine passion for recruitment.
  • Mindset:Thrive in a small fastpaced team directly led by founders. You welcome coaching and are eager for selfimprovement.
  • Skills:Analytical resultsdriven and meticulously detailoriented.
  • Education:A university degree is preferred but not essential. its your attitude and drive that matter most.
  • Energy:A cando attitude with boundless enthusiasm and massive dedication. We want gogetters not yeah but sayers. If youre not all in this role isnt for you.

Role Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant youll play a pivotal role in connecting exceptional talent with worldclass clients. Heres what youll do:

  • Business Development:Secure new clients understand their needs and establish longterm partnerships.
  • Consulting:Provide market insights salary benchmarks and advice to manage client expectations.
  • Sourcing Talent:Write and manage compelling job ads attract a diverse candidate pool and employ creative sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Maintain an organised database for quick access to top talent.
    • Screen applications conduct interviews and assess candidates thoroughly.
    • Complete vetting processes including checks and screenings for reliability.
    • Enhance candidate CVs and present polished profiles to clients.
  • Client Coordination:Schedule interviews and manage seamless communication between candidates and clients.
  • Proactive Headhunting:Actively seek out passive candidates for specialised roles.
  • Negotiation:Facilitate offer discussions to meet the needs of both candidates and clients.
  • Continuous Growth:Commit to personal and professional development aiming for excellence with minimal senior support.

Hybrid Work Arrangement

  • The role is hybrid with at least two days per week in the office to start.
  • Our is based in Hammersmith London.
  • There is potential for the role to transition to fully remote based on performance and business needs.
