Lune des principales divisions du groupe AJW est AJW Technique une installation de pointe pour lentretien la rparation et la rvision (MRO) qui compte plus de 150 techniciens expriments et passionns Montral.


Le Spcialiste experience client est responsable de la gestion et de la croissance des comptes clients cls en fournissant un service exceptionnel en tablissant des relations long terme et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunits commerciales. Ce rle se concentre sur la gestion stratgique des comptes la communication proactive et lassurance que les besoins des clients sont satisfaits de manire efficace. Le gestionnaire de compte travaillera en troite collaboration avec des quipes interfonctionnelles afin daligner les objectifs commerciaux de maximiser le chiffre daffaires et de favoriser la fidlit et la satisfaction des clients.

Principales Responsabilits

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les comptes clients assigns en dveloppant des relations solides et en renforant la confiance des clients.
  • Fournir aux clients des mises jour rgulires sur leurs comptes notamment sur les projets en cours les processus de rparation et ltat des commandes.
  • Prparer et soumettre des devis sur la base des rapports de dmontage/inspection dans les dlais impartis en veillant ce quils correspondent aux besoins du client et ce quils maximisent la rentabilit.
  • Identifier de manire proactive les opportunits de croissance au sein des comptes existants en comprenant lvolution des besoins du client et en proposant des solutions sur mesure.
  • Traiter les problmes des clients de manire urgente et professionnelle en veillant ce quils soient rsolus de manire efficace et en temps voulu.
  • Suivre les progrs tout au long du processus de rparation du client et du cycle de vie du service en anticipant les s potentiels ou les opportunits manques et en prenant des mesures correctives si ncessaire.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance des comptes clients tels que la rentabilit les indicateurs de satisfaction et la prestation de services afin didentifier les domaines damlioration et dexpansion.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes internes (par exemple ingnierie achats production et techniciens) afin dassurer une excution sans faille des projets des clients et des stratgies de gestion des comptes.
  • Se tenir inform des tendances du march y compris le BER (beyond economic repair) le FMV (fair market value) la tarification fixe et les seuils de lhistorique de facturation afin doffrir des recommandations stratgiques qui optimisent les rsultats pour les clients et la rentabilit de lentreprise.
  • Mettre en uvre des stratgies visant amliorer la fidlisation des clients leur rtention et la satisfaction des comptes en proposant des solutions innovantes et personnalises qui rpondent leurs besoins spcifiques.

This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interactions and delivering a smooth and satisfying customer journey. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction effective communication skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience. The Customer Experience Specialist will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement strategies and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction loyalty and engagement.


Rle

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts developing strong relationships and deepening customer trust.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on their accounts including ongoing projects repair processes and order status.
  • Prepare and submit quotations based on disassembly/inspection reports within established deadlines ensuring alignment with customer needs and maximizing profitability.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by understanding the customers evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with urgency and professionalism ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor progress throughout the customers repair process and service lifecycle anticipating potential delays or missed opportunities and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Analyze customer account performance metrics such as profitability satisfaction indicators and service delivery to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Engineering Purchasing Production and Technicians) to ensure seamless of customer projects and account management strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends including BER (beyond economic repair) FMV (fair market value) fixed pricing and billing history thresholds to offer strategic recommendations that optimize customer outcomes and business profitability.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer loyalty retention and account satisfaction by delivering innovative and tailored solutions that address their specific needs.

    Exigences:

    • Diplme en administration des affaires marketing ou dans un domaine connexe. De lexprience jug pertinente sera aussi considre.
    • Exprience dans une fonction axe sur le client de prfrence dans le domaine de lassistance la clientle de lexprience client ou de la gestion des comptes.
    • De lexprience dans le domaine aerospatial est un norme atout.
    • Matrise des systmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et des outils de feedback client pour grer efficacement les comptes. La connaissance de HubSpot est un atout.
    • Vous avez un tat desprit centr sur le client et une vritable passion pour la fourniture dun service exceptionnel et le dveloppement de relations long terme avec les clients.
    • Connaissance approfondie des meilleures pratiques de gestion des comptes et des tendances en matire dexprience client afin de dvelopper les comptes de manire stratgique et de favoriser linnovation.
    • Excellentes comptences en communication en franais et en anglais pour faciliter les conversations avec les clients internationaux. Lespagnol est un atout.

    Job requirements:

    • Degree in business administration marketing or related field. Pertinent experience will also be considered
    • Experience in the aerospace sector is a major asset.
    • Proven experience in a customerfocused role preferably in customer support customer experience or account management.
    • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and customer feedback tools to manage accounts effectively. HubSpot knowledge as asset.
    • Customercentric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering longterm customer relationships.
    • Strong knowledge of account management best practices and customer experience trends to strategically grow accounts and drive innovation.
    • Excellent communication skills in both French and English to facilitate conversations with global customers. Spanish is an asset.
