Join the People and Learning team at Micah Projects and play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of HR services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the community while developing your skills in HR administration.
About the Role:
As aPeople and Learning Officer you will be an integral part of the People and Learning team supporting various HR administrative tasks. A key part of your role will be managing and maintaining the HRIS system (ELMO) ensuring accurate records data entry and reporting. Youll also assist with recruitment onboarding employee records and other HR administrative processes.
This is a fulltime inoffice position based at our West End location with conditions and salary at Level 4 of the SCHADS Award. The role requires working five days a week in the office
