Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of this Machine Maintenance role is to support the daytoday activities associated with all aspects of manufacturing operations including but not limited to installing maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment throughout the facility.
LOCATION:
45 Cooperative Way Wright City MO 63390
HOURS:
FridaySunday: 5am5pm
(Work 36 hours and get paid for 40
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- To maintain and improve the safe working environment on the shop floor and its surrounding areas.
- To establish a proactive and reactive maintenance program.
- To actively participate in our safety program
- Fill machine oils Empty chip hoppers Sweep/run floor scrubber
- Clean coolant tanks burr benches
- Troubleshoot/repair machines
- Building maintenance Lighting Electrical Plumbing Painting
- Maintain outside parking lot and dock area
ITAR REQUIREMENTS:
To conform to U.S. export control regulations applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Commitment to a safety culture where safety is the first consideration before starting any task.
- Proficient in problem analysis problemsolving and successful resolution.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and group communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance / technical roleis preferred
- Experience with equipment installs and modifications in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with CNC machinesis preferred
- Preferred experience working in CAD
- Preferred additive OEM and FSE experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses hearing protection steel toe shops and other mandatory safety equipment.
- For the most part ambient temperatures with typical plant lighting and manufacturing equipment are present throughout the facility.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sit or stand as needed.
- Walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.
- Reaching above shoulder height below the waist or lifting as required to reach documents or store materials throughout the workday.
- Proper lifting techniques required.
- Ability and comfortability to work in small confine spaces while following proper safety protocol.
- Ability to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
