We are seeking top tier talent to join our pioneering team and propel us towards our destination. You will be joining a team of innovative product tech and design leaders that tirelessly seek to question the status quo.

Our TPM Sr. Manager should have:

• Strong technical background (ideally building highly scalable platforms products or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery lifecycle

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent problem solving and influencing skills

• A quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker

• Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive welleducated decisions across product engineering design and data science representatives

• Deep focus on followthrough accountability and results

• Exceptional crossteam collaboration; able to work across different functions organizations and reporting boundaries to get the job done.

• Highly tuned emotional intelligence good listener and deep seated empathy for teams and partners

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 10 years of professional software industry experience (internship experience does not apply)

• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management

• At least 3 years experience delivering large and complex programs where you own the business or technical vision collaborate with large crossfunctional teams secure commitments on deliverables and unblock teams to land business impact

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 12 years of professional software industry experience (internship experience does not apply)

• At least 3 years of experience designing and building dataintensive solutions using distributed computing

• At least 3 years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture using AWS GCP or Azure

• At least 3 years of experience with Agile delivery

• At least 2 years of experience in delivering programs in one of the Data Management areas listed below:

  • Data Protection

  • Access Control / Policy Enforcement

  • Data Monitoring and Alerting

  • Data Scanning and Classification

  • Data Governance

  • Data Catalog / Metadata Store

  • Data Lineage

• Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment
