Hours: Fulltime Monday Friday
Salary: Up to 42500. depending on skills and experience
Are you passionate about clean water and scientific excellence We are looking for a Technical Lead to support and develop our community of clean water scientists.
About the Role
As a Technical Lead you will play a vital role in delivering training to operational and technical teams ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and uphold high water quality standards. Your expertise in water chemistry biology and regulatory compliance will help shape the next generation of scientists in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and informative training to clean water scientists.
Develop and maintain training materials for longterm reference.
Conduct onsite competency assessments to ensure compliance with required standards.
Perform biannual training needs analyses to identify future training priorities.
Coach and mentor new starters integrating them into the scientific team.
What Were Looking For
A scientific background at degree level or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in drinking water provision.
Understanding of water chemistry biology and treatment principles.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to assess data and apply practical solutions to challenges.
Passion for developing talent and maintaining high water quality standards.
