Lead Quality Compliance & Governance in a ValuesDriven Aged Care Organisation

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to lead our organisation through its next phase of excellence in clinical governance compliance and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Quality and Clinical Governance you will drive strategic outcomes across quality systems risk management and regulatory compliance. This critical leadership role will support provider registration processes registration renewal and uplift quality standards organisationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024 Aged Care Rules 2025 and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across residential aged care and support at home
- Analyse data to identify trends risks and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Support and mentor staff in implementing quality and risk frameworks.
- Oversee internal audits risk reports complaints processes and SIRS reporting.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to embed governance best practices and improve care outcomes.
What Youll Bring
- Tertiaryqualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a quality leadership role within the Australian aged care sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the aged care regulatory landscape.
- Experience with accreditation risk management frameworks and audit oversight.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to influence and educate across all levels.
- Current CClass Drivers Licence Aged Care Worker Screening Check and Key Personnel Check.
Desirable
- Project or change management certification.
- Strong understanding of current reform and change within the aged care sector.
