The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 2 to join the Interiors Responsibility Center team based out of Everett Washington.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative team. In this role you will partner with our Senior Leadership team on program management & strategic business transformation initiatives to make the company stronger more competitive and more resilient long term. You will have the chance to define and lead program & project management best practices. You will help drive business planning and decision making operations and business insights up and down the BCA value stream.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Provides limited feedback on assessment results
Support the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience working with and partnering with crossfunctional teams on projects and initiatives
1 years of experience in data analysis
1 years of experience in communicating writing and briefing to all levels of staff
1 years of experience using Microsoft Tools (Word Excel and Power Point)
Willingness to work variable shifts and overtime as needed to support production
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 years of experience in manufacturing aerospace or fabrication
