Senior Project Controls Specialist
Houston TX (preferred) or Louisiana FullTime Onsite/Hybrid Target Start: May 2025
Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to join our highperforming team and support a major capital infrastructure initiative. This role is ideal for a driven professional with deep expertise in critical path scheduling cost control and quantitative risk analysis on largescale engineering or construction projects.

Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for projects exceeding $300 million in value.
Implement and manage project risk registers perform quantitative risk analysis (QRA) and provide mitigation strategies.
Drive and execute a Project Controls Plan aligned with program and corporate objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance through earned value analysis forecasting and variance reporting.
Collaborate with engineering procurement construction and client stakeholders to ensure alignment across project controls.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and contractual requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Provide regular updates and presentations to internal leadership and client teams.
8 years of handson experience in Project Controls with a strong focus on Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling.
Proven ability to manage highvalue complex programs in industries such as Construction Energy or Utilities.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 Professional is required.
Familiarity with cost control systems (e.g. EcoSys Deltek is a strong plus.
Experience conducting Monte Carlo simulations and using quantitative risk tools.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel; Power BI or advanced data visualization skills are a bonus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Candidates must be able to report to a designated project office in Texas (Houston preferred) or Louisiana by Q2 2025.
Target start date: MidMay 2025.
