This role can be hired as a job grade 2 or 3 based upon experience.
Youwill provideexceptional support to a bookofclients through frequent communication and collaborationwith the advisory team and key business partners.By building strong relationshipsandapplyingeffective practice management techniques you willdeliver complex wealth managementservicetoyour clients.
Through callschatand emailsyou will support the advisory team and their book of clients taking responsibilityfor complex case management and proactive client outreach
Delivering customized service to clients seeking a personalizedhightouch relationship
You deliver the best clientexperience in the financial services industry byefficiently and accuratelyresolving issues and taking ownership to solve complex situations
Extensive experience working with Account Management Money Movement and Transfers of Assets requests
Strongcommunication andorganizationalskillsto prioritize decisions in a fastmoving environment
Creative problem resolution skills with an ability to balance risk and the clientexperience
Capability totake ownership of complex situations that result in positive outcomes for clients
Experience in a team environment that fosters culture of peertopeer coachingcollaborationand recognition
Series 63 or ability to obtain upon hire
35years of previous financial services experience
