We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Marketing Supervisor. If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join one of Santa Barbara Countys top employers then wed like to talk to you.
The Marketing Supervisor assists the Marketing Manager in overseeing and assisting in the basic functions of operating the office. The Marketing Supervisor is tasked with supplementing and enforcing the expectations placed on the Marketing Department. This includes team leadership informing staff of ongoing projects and events and instructing staff of any applicable tasks and policies. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Computer and software literacy required. Must have knowledge of standard business functionality office environments sales tactics marketing tactics marketing software and marketing terms. Previous leadership experience desired but not required. Previous project management experience desired but not required. Must be able and willing to learn and utilize applications to meet the needs of the Company.
