We are actively looking to add a Branch Manager to our Team.
This fulltime position will involve overseeing the daily operations of the branch and warehouse operations managing and developing staff ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales performance. They are responsible for preparing forecasts managing budgets and developing business plans for the branch. It will require an individual to be an excellent collaborator and team player. This individual must have the ability to effectively communicate across the organization to ensure alignment and delivery of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the branchs daily operations including inventory customer service warehousing operations and sales processes.
Staff Management: Hire train coach and develop branch &warehouse personnel ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth maintain customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Financial Management: Manage the branchs budget track financial performance and prepare financial reports.
Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to achieve branch goals and objectives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and relevant industry regulations.
Other:
Work with team in support of companys goals
Work under direct supervision of CEO or Senior Director of Operations
Work with customers to create a longterm working relationship
Create short and longterm plans to grow the business
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales and Customer Service: Strong sales experience and customer service orientation.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Food Production and/or Neutraceutical industry is a plus.
Qualifications include:
Bachelors degree in sales marketing business management or another related field required
At least 3 years of previous sales or wholesales distribution experience required preferably in a managerial role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing managing files and records designing forms and other office procedures and terminology
Ability to grasp a complex fast moving ingredients business and use this understanding to set overall strategy and drive business process improvement
Ability to manage multiple projects as well as resources in a dispersed organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to forecast sales goals and meet with management to review achievements and objectives
Strong listening and presentation skills
Effective team player possessing teambased problemsolving skills
Professionalism and selfmotivation to provide excellent customer service
