SUMMARY:

Perform daily incoming/outgoing quality inspections as required by repair procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1 Maintain quality inspection and performance documentation

2 Advise repair team of corrective actions to correct repair quality issues

3 Ensure adherence to standards relating to assembly revision levels repair procedures and quality standards

4 Ensure proper packaging and shipment of repaired components as required by documented procedures

5 Create and modify repair records as needed

6 Daily computer input into business system (SAP) of all aspects of the shipping process

7 Perform all work with safety in mind and ensure that all safety measures are met

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1 Two years of experience in shipping and receiving

2 Additional three to five years of experience in assembly

3 Vertiv training on documentation repair procedures and quality specifications

4 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize existing business systems such as SAP
