The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a highenergy driven and selfmotivated individual to join Adobes sales development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Corporate Digital Media organization. As a SDR you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with Clevel decisionmakers. You will prospect educate qualify and develop target accounts to generate salesready meetings and opportunities. Through accountbased sales development you will identify and build a sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who is resilient and innovative in building and implementing personalized sales development prospecting campaigns.

What Youll Do
  • Be a Document Cloud ambassador and build a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a premier experience!
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
  • Proactively identify contact and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling emailing and social media
  • Be accountable to the goals of qualified meetings opportunities and revenue.
  • Perform the level of activities (calls emails social media contacts etc) to hit and exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies
  • Collaborate with our Marketing teams to improve the efficiency of our demandgeneration strategies
  • Play an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes
What you need to succeed
  • 6 months of lead generation for a highgrowth SaaS business; Inside Sales experience is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with ambiguity and change and a passion for helping build Document Cloud
  • Excellent communication including writing speaking listening and coldcalling
  • Phonefirst approach; be ready to cold call and book meetings daily
  • A history of exceeding goals
  • Great understanding of social media and vehicles including LinkedIn Twitter blogs and monitoring tools
  • Grit and ambition
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $63800 $103700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
