We are looking for an Accountant to join our dynamic team as we grow and evolve our finance operations across Europe!

As an Accountant youll be part of our finance team helping us ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient processing of invoices and payments. Your work will directly support our European operations and contribute to the success of our global business.

This job is based in ClujNapoca Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Accounts Payable
Process supplier and intercompany invoices for both direct and indirect materials.
Manage expense reports and manual freight invoices (including CASS).
Reconcile accounts and support accurate monthend closings.
Run and analyze daily reports such as Uninvoiced and GL/AP Reconciliation.
Coordinate with suppliers and our logistics team.
Accounts Receivable
Issue invoices for intercompany services and external customers.
Handle cash application and support AR reconciliation efforts.
For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors or masters degree in economics.
35 years of experience in a similar role (accounts payable and/or accounts receivable).
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Familiarity with Oracle or SAP.
Familiarity with DataServ.
A collaborative approach and experience working with crossfunctional international teams.
