Job Description:
You will be responsible for design and verification services for leading edge RF projects in a variety of different fields. You will work directly with customers to understand their unique needs and requirements to ensure project success. There is also the opportunity to act as a mentor and provide leadership within the design team for younger designers.
What youll need to get the job done
- Our ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and 10 years of experience in RF Design microwave Design Base station Radio development radar or similar. Successful candidates will have the ability to:
- Perform complex design work related to RF and Microwave circuitry
- Provide technical advice and direction to project management and business development
- Research develop and implement new and innovative design strategies
- Understand and be able to design elements of an RF front end such as filters LNAs PAs PLDROs PLLs etc.
- Complete component selection and device characterization
- Prepare schematic generation and supporting layout activities
- Perform radio and board level design and verification
- Trouble and debug hardware issues
- Write specifications test documentation and reports
- Perform board level system bringup and integration
