About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to support the rapid growth of Shutterstocks AI Business. This role will play a critical part in onboarding new partners creating seamless experiences for existing partners and collaborating crossfunctionally to execute complex highimpact transactions. Youll also provide technical support and help define and scale best practices to ensure longterm partner success.
The Day to Day
Act as a subject matter expert supporting our AI Business partnerships by providing technical consultation and support throughout the pre and postsales lifecycle. Collaborate closely with New Business Partner Management teams and partners to ensure a seamless experience.
Lead endtoend onboarding processes including but not limited to data delivery coordination invoice management and delivery tracking to ensure strong partner experiences and timely accurate in line with agreement terms.
Work crossfunctionally with technical financial and operational teams across Shutterstock to resolve issues strengthen partner relationships and enable longterm success.
Support customer implementation of new products and solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation to achieve our strategic objectives.
Independently plan and execute projects to optimize team processes scalability and performance.
What youll bring to the role:
46 years of experience working with customers managing product integrations and supporting complex transactions in Product or Technology partnerships.
A solid technical background is a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal departments to meet business needs.
Critical thinker with the ability to understand complex problems and suggest timely solutions.
Selfdriven detailoriented team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in consistently exceeding performance targets.

Note: Commissioneligible roles are expressed as ontarget earnings (base and commission). Noncommission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
