Job Description
Job Title: PartTime Receptionist (Nights and Weekends)
Location: Berge Mazda VW Gilbert AZ
Job Summary:
Berge Mazda VW is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers and visitors youll play a key role in representing our dealership. Were looking for someone with excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a professional demeanor to greet visitors answer calls and assist with various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a multiline telephone system courteously and professionally.
- Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit.
- Route calls to the appropriate department or individual or take thorough messages.
- Communicate with callers and visitors efficiently and professionally.
- Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate areas within the dealership.
- Page employees over the intercom system as needed.
- Assist with clerical duties as requested.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Prior receptionist or hospitality experience preferred.
- Professional and conservative presence with the ability to interact with a select clientele.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Maintain a professional dress code and appearance.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Friendly reliable outgoing and positive attitude.
- Promptness and reliability are key for success in this role.
