Job Description

Clive UT is seeking a Facility Foreman for Shipping/Receiving performs hands on operations and supervision of plant operations as well as data center operations such as final coding manifesting receiving and shipping of materials and all activities related to daily/monthly container includes supervision of multiple plant employees and single plant operations.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all time;
- Supervises multiple employees;
- Guarantees that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures;
- Confirms that supervised operations staff meets all compliance standards;
- Ensures all associated paperwork for waste tracking movements is maintained and submitted immediately after processing operations have been completed;
- Ensures the use of proper PPE (including respirators);
- Other duties as required.
- Plans and coordinates work with direction from management
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- The ability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous facility experience preferred;
- Previous leadership experience preferred;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Windows based applications (Word Excel and Outlook)
- Has a reasonable understanding of WINWEB and supporting screens/applications related to drum receiving coding and tracking/inventory.
- Valid US DL REQUIRED
