The Contract Administrator plays a key role in supporting franchise development operations by managing the endtoend preparation and delivery of franchise agreements. This role ensures that all required documentation is collected agreements are drafted and reviewed accurately and candidates are set up for success ahead of their Meet the Team Day (MTTD). The ideal candidate is detailoriented organized and thrives in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment. This is a remote position.
Coordinate the collection and review of all required documents from candidates and brokers
Prepare and organize complete agreement request packets
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all data is accurate and complete
Coordinate the agreement process and distribute wire instructions
Maintain accurate records and status updates in internal systems
2 years of experience in contract administration legal coordination or franchise operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience with document management platforms (e.g. PandaDocs) a plus
Familiarity with franchise agreements and franchise development is a bonus
