As Lead Marketing Technology Architect (Principal Consultant) at Onemedia Consulting you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients marketing technology landscape. You will develop datadriven marketing strategies implement cuttingedge solutions and drive the seamless integration of marketing automation platforms likeAdobe Marketo Engage Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe RTCDP.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Consulting to drive the evolution of our consulting portfolio ensuring that technological advancements and strategic go hand in hand. While you fuel innovation and MarTech excellence the Head of Consulting ensures that our methodologies deliver realworld impact and lasting client success.
Your mission

As a Lead MarTech Architect you are both a strategic thinker and a handson expert. Your role includes:

  • Defining and implementing marketing technology strategies for our clients.
  • Overseeing the integration and optimization of marketing automation tools.
  • Acting as the bridge between marketing sales and IT teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Leading and executing largescale complex marketing technology projects.
  • Sharing expertise across the organization to enhance overall knowledge and capabilities.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients on emerging MarTech innovations.
Your profile
  • Haveprofound expertise in marketing technology automation and customer data platforms.
  • Haveexperience managing complex MarTech ecosystems ideally with Adobe Marketo Engage Adobe CDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Are aMarketo Certified Solutions Architect (Master) and hold additionalAdobe certifications (e.g. Adobe CDP Adobe Journey Optimizer).
  • Are wellconnected within theAdobe ecosystem and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
  • Haveextensive experience leading large and complex projects in marketing technology.
  • Are astrategic thinker with a strongtechnical background (understanding of HTML JavaScript APIs is a plus).
  • Have aconsultative mindset and can communicate complex technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.
  • Are fluent in English (C1 level or higher). German language skills are a plus
  • Can work remotely but must reside within the European Union.
