Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Implement hotel-level marketing activities in alignment with the brand strategy and commercial priorities.
- Ensure consistency of all communication materials with Accor brand guidelines.
- Activate regional and global marketing campaigns locally adapting them to suit individual hotel identities.
Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage hotel websites and content updates on all online platforms (including Accor OTA and Google Business listings).
- Curate and execute social media content calendars for all three hotels focusing on engagement storytelling and brand positioning.
- Support paid media campaigns (social search display) in collaboration with digital partners or the regional digital team.
- Manage online food aggregators for all three hotels
Public Relations & Media
- Coordinate with PR agencies to secure media coverage influencer partnerships and brand visibility.
- Draft and distribute press releases event briefs and key messaging documents.
- Organize and host media and influencer visits ensuring impactful coverage and storytelling.
Visual Content & Collaterals
- Manage visual identity across hotels by producing on-brand collaterals creatives and signage.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots to create a bank of quality marketing assets.
- Maintain brand standards in all guest-facing communication touchpoints both digital and print.
Internal Communication & Engagement
- Support internal events colleague recognition campaigns and CSR initiatives with creative communication solutions.
- Collaborate with different departments to have the correct brand messaging
Measurement & Reporting
- Prepare monthly performance reports covering digital KPIs social metrics PR clippings and marketing ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay abreast of local market trends to inform campaign strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms content tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite) and social media trends.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Creativity attention to detail and ability to multitask across diverse hotel environments.
- Willingness to travel to Mysore periodically as required for on-ground support.
Qualifications :
- Experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing in Hospitality or Retail
- A degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and Communications
- Excellent English both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts strategy and best practice
- Excellent Presentation and customer relationship skills
- Energetic and passionate to work
- Innovative approach to work
