Job Description
Cherokee Casino Tahlequah is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to play a crucial role in providing a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a strong focus on customer service attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests in a professional efficient and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests creating a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire environment.
- Adhere to all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to verify age.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate these to the appropriate team member.
- Follow safe food handling procedures and provide a safe environment for guests.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or blend of education and relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to multitask prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Food Handlers Card and a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift perform physically demanding tasks and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
