Job Summary
The Food and Nutritional Services Worker assists in food preparation service and sanitation to ensure safe high-quality meals for patients visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing meals and snacks according to planned menus and diet orders.
Serve meals in a courteous and timely manner.
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas equipment dishes and utensils.
Restock supplies and maintain food service areas in accordance with safety standards.
Follow infection control and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous food service or dietary experience preferred healthcare setting ideal.
Knowledge of food handling sanitation and safety procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
