Job Title: Application Developer RPA / Blue Prism
Location:Austin TX (Remote/Hybrid if local preferred)
Pay Rate: Up to $66.70 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with a strong background in Blue Prism RPA and Medicaid systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions in an Agile development environment contributing to automation initiatives that drive efficiency and scalability within Medicaid programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect develop and support Medicaid business process automations using Blue Prism in an Agile team setting.
- Perform analysis development and testing of moderately complex to complex RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners during backlog refinement to ensure clarity and feasibility.
- Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and platforms including .NET SQL and web services.
- Engage in all Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Provide oncall support and participate in production deployments including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Promote RPA capabilities and contribute to future automation strategies within the organization.
MustHave Skills and Experience
- 3 years of experience with Blue Prism
- 3 years of experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- 3 years of Medicaid program experience
(Healthcare industry experience preferred due to the nature of the systems)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Industry Experience:Healthcare/Medicaid background preferred to understand regulatory and operational nuances
