We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Architect to design implement and manage enterprisegrade onpremises hybrid and cloudbased infrastructure. This role is responsible for developing a scalable secure and highperformance IT environment while ensuring business continuity security and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data centers networking virtualization cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) security and automation.Position

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Architecture & Design
- Design and manage onprem hybrid and cloudbased IT infrastructure to support enterprise applications and services.
- Develop scalable and resilient architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Define standards best practices and governance for infrastructure architecture.
Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Strategy
- Develop and execute cloud adoption strategies ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect and implement solutions using AWS Azure and/or Google Cloud for compute storage and networking.
- Design hybrid cloud models integrating onpremises data centers with public/private cloud solutions.
- Ensure cloud security compliance and cost optimization.
OnPremises Data Center & Virtualization
- Manage and optimize data center resources including servers storage and networking.
- Architect and maintain VMware HyperV or similar virtualized environments.
- Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions are in place.
Networking & Security
- Design and implement enterprisegrade networking solutions (LAN WAN SDWAN VPN Firewalls).
- Ensure security best practices like zerotrust architectures IAM encryption and threat detection.
- Work with CISO SOC/NOC teams for proactive monitoring incident response and risk mitigation.
Automation & DevOps Integration
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation in alignment with development teams.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning monitoring and configuration management.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetesbased deployments.
Storage Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Define and manage enterprise storage solutions (SAN NAS Object Storage).
- Implement backup restore and disaster recovery solutions for both cloud and onprem environments.
- Ensure data resilience and compliance with industry standards (GDPR ISO 27001 NIST).
Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Implement monitoring tools such as Splunk ELK Stack Prometheus Datadog or Azure Monitor.
- Ensure high availability scalability and performance across infrastructure components.
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize IT resources.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance
- Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and vendors to align infrastructure strategies with business needs.
- Define and enforce IT policies SLAs and governance frameworks.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies & emerging trends.

- Monitoring & Logging: Splunk Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack Datadog

Soft Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience in enterprise IT architecture digital transformation and cloud migrations.
- Strong understanding of IT governance compliance and security frameworks (ISO 27001 GDPR NIST).
- Ability to lead teams manage stakeholders and work crossfunctionally.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and documentation skills.
- Strong communication & leadership abilities to engage with executive leadership.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to have)
Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Google Professional Cloud Architect
Networking & Security: CCNP CISSP Palo Alto PCNSE
IT Service Management: ITIL v4
