Were Looking For:A passionate creative and nurturing Lead Teacher who:Loves nature and believes in the power of outdoor learning (rain or shine!.Thrives in a playbased childled learning collaboration with families and fellow committed to fostering learning and joy in the :Develop and implement a naturerich emergent curriculum inspired by the seasons and childrens a warm inclusive classroom community that supports socialemotional document and assess childrens progress through reflective open communication with families about their childs learning and collaborate with support teachers to maintain a cohesive teaching a safe engaging outdoor learning environment (we spend much of our day outside!.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or ChildDevelopmentExperience in naturebased Reggioinspired or playbased learning leading a classroom outdoors in all organizational communication and leadership skillsWhy Join UsSmall class sizes 8:1 ratio) for deep meaningful to design a creative naturefocused development opportunities in outdoor education.A supportive collaborative school community.
