This position is responsible for leading projects and providing leadership and direction to staff including managing work and people across related departments with direct and indirect reporting relationships. Incumbent will work in partnership across the Sutter Health enterprise to develop integration projects that meet strategic priorities by partnering to execute on longterm strategies and business plans integrating systems processes tools and capabilities. Requires broad industry knowledge and business acumen to differentiate Sutter Health from the competition. Incumbent will identify and fully assess integration risks and opportunities internally and externally including mergers acquisitions divestitures etc. Incumbent will develop integration strategies which align to Sutter Health strategy and standards while guiding and developing subject area integration project plans. Individual will direct and coordinate internal/external crossfunctional teams. This will require the ability to negotiate and influence the opinions of senior leaders inside and outside of Sutter Health. The ability to identify up and downstream integration interdependencies and resolving highly complex issues will be required for the success of this individual.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Operations: Bachelors in Finance Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field or a related field or equivalent education/experience
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong organizational written verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong skills in analyzing information problems situations practices or procedures to identify patterns tendencies and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
Operations
- Possess a deep understanding of Sutter priorities across various functional areas (both inside and outside integration efforts).
- Demonstrate success and leadership skills and provide success leading a team and working closely with all levels across the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking organizational and problemsolving skills and demonstrated experience working with executive and leadership across functional teams.

Pay Range is $71.33 to $106.99 / hour. Sacramento Valley Area Pay Range is $71.33 to $106.99 / hour. San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range is $81.05 to $121.58 / hour.The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
