Job Description
Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced CDJR Automotive Technician to lead our Mobile Service team!
This Technician will provide outstanding customer service excellent mechanical skills and problem solving abilities.
The right candidate will be a selfstarter a motivated and driven individual who doesnt say why they cant but instead finds a way to succeed every time.
Must possess a clean MVR a solid driving record exceptional customer service skills and have a solid history of training/certifications.
Must be comfortable and able to inspect and upsell services based on inspections as well as perform required mechanical work with confidence.
Stellantisbrand experience as well as current ASEpreferred but not required. On going training is available and will be required as well.
Must have tools and be willing to adapt as needed both with special tools and scheduling as Mobile Service can require an unexpected changeof jobs and locations.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YR EXPERIENCE WITH CDJR BRANDS!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
- Read and familiarize yourself with the procedure for performing software updates and factory recalls.
- Perform Factory Recalls Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
- Communicate directly with the Mobile Service Advisor and Parts Department maintaining an efficient multipoint inspection report using hand written inspections Xtime software and Dealertrack Software and Bizzycar platform.
- Be proficient with Mitchell Pro Demandand other applicable repair resources.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform quality control test drive when required following repairs on every vehicle.
