About The Role:
This position is responsible to support Account Managers to meet client needs with general focus on transactional tasks through following processes and workflows.
Responsibilities:
Issue certificates / evidence of insurance ID cards binders (where appropriate) and MVRs if applicable.
Input and update policy information in EPIC
Send applications / submissions to carriers at account managers direction.
Assist account managers in preparing proposals loss summaries schedules of insurance and other relevant spreadsheets/reports.
Follow up with underwriters for policies endorsements and change requests.
Respond to client inquiries incoming mail and company request needs on a timely basis.
Scan and/ or attach all emails applications certificate/Evidence requests faxes and other correspondence received in EPIC and ensure accuracy of client data.
Handle vehicles change requests from insureds and dealers.
Prepare cover letters for routine endorsements.
Handle online endorsement/ application processing
Handle audit processing and sending to insureds.
Adhere to EPIC system agency business processes and workflows
Complete other functions and assignments as needed including backup duties
Perform other responsibilities and assignments to meet business needs

Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills along with a demonstrated attention to detail
Successfully works independently and collaboratively depending upon the specific needs of the tasks
Ability to work in fast paced environment prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professionally and effectively communicates both verbally and in writing including the ability to actively listen
Must be able to problemsolve to help address issues or refer them to others for assistance
Enjoys a high degree of interaction with team members and consistently demonstrates high motivation positive behavior sense of urgency and works to achieve goals and objectives
Ability to establish credibility and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders through ethics integrity professionalism and mutual respect
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint with experience collaborating efficiently in M365 (OneDrive MS Teams SharePoint)
Proficient computer skills with agency management software systems preferred
Education/Experience:
High School Degree/Diploma or higher is desired
Insurance experience is desired.
Prior office experience within the insurance industry is preferred
