We are looking to add a Technical Product Support Lead to support the Customer Health Intelligence Project Platform also known as CHIP.
Key responsibilities:
Operational support for the IQVIA Customer Health Intelligence Project Platform. (CHIP).
Responsible for being the primary contact for external clients and 3rd party vendors.
Tracking and monitoring for all weekly processing and client releases.
Provide application and tier 1 ETL support for processing failures.
Triage of platform / processing issues to the next level of support as required. (data source team product team etc...
Manage relationship with internal IQVIA stakeholders.
Manage ongoing operations meetings with internal / external stakeholders.
Oversee application QC and product testing.
Create and deliver reporting metrics as required.
Manage and direct offshore resources on a regular basis to ensure weekly delivers are being met.
Ability to cover weekend and afterhours on an asneeded basis.
Qualifications / Skills:
3 5 years experience with Snowflake Atomic and Python.
Required Experience / Skills:
Technical Skills:
Indepth knowledge of data warehousing principles and practices.
At least three years experience as an operations lead supporting enterprisewide data platforms.
At least two years experience with cloud warehouse technologies such as Snowflake Redshift or Databricks.
Experience in monitoring bidirectional data integration/ETLs between internal and external systems.
Experience in managing production support ticket queues using systems like ServiceNow Remedy or CloudFront.
Experience in generating operations reports for business stakeholders.
Experience in writing complex queries to troubleshoot issues in critical client environments.
Proficiency with the Python programming language.
Proven track record of leading and scaling operations teams.
Experience in managing offshore teams and providing 24/7 operations support.
