The Clearance Center Associate maintains the efficient operation of the Clearance Center to achieve established goals for sales postretail processes salvage trash disposal customer service and safety.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer and staff relations.
- Assists in auctions and manages vendors accountability.
- Moves goods from dock to destination as directed.
- Rotates goods in Outlet Store as scheduled.
- Processes goods for salvage as directed.
- Assists in the maintenance of structural electrical store equipment and landscaping of store.
- Maintains excellent housekeeping standards.
- Performs accurate operations of a cash register.
- Loads and unloads trucks.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
- Punctual and dependable attendance.
- Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
- Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
- Adheres to Goodwills values of Respect Integrity Service & Excellence.
