General Summary:
The Talent Development Intern provides support for the Talent Development team within a worldwide industry
leading technology company. This role is responsible for assisting in creation and delivery of soft skills training as
well as data collection and analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to crossfunctional teams with a high attention to detail
Assists in developing interactive and engaging instructorled soft skills training programs
May conduct training sessions covering various soft skills
Collects and analyzes data in support of the Talent Development team
May use RPA to automate core processes
Provides oneonone assistance to colleagues who are looking to apply training material to their daytoday tasks
Knowledge Skills and/or Abilities Required:

- Ability to perform routine situations and procedures with limited supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Strong team player with ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise
organization
Possesses a practical knowledge of training and development techniques
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Requires limited knowledge of operations procedures and tools
Pursuing a bachelors degree in related field
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid in Tampa FL
010 travel may be required
