Harris Vehicle Hire provides vehicle hire services to both public and private sectors and specialises in van rental. With 25 years experience in the industry the business has all the necessary tools to meet any demand across a wide variety of fleet requirements.

We are based in Livingston are looking to take on an Operations Support Apprentice to join our successful team.
What will I be doing
- Generating invoices on Xero to send to customers.
- Use of Microsoft Office including Excel to produce and amend reports which are then sent to customers on Outlook.
- Working to become a system expert on a new Fleet Management Software system which will help with booking rentals for customers as well as noting down invoice details and further management information such as claims damages and length of rentals.
- Responding to customer enquiries and ongoing rental bookings both over the phone whilst taking down notes online and sometimes in person.
- Working out estimates and filling in booking sheets on the Fleet Management Software and also on Excel.
- Sending over documents to customers using Docusign.

Salary:
15000 per annum.
Working week:
37.5hrs a week. Monday to Thursday from 9:30am 4:30pm and Friday is from 9:30am 4pm.
