Essential Job Functions
- SAP BASIS knowledge and understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies.
- Providing BASIS support for projects involving HANA and S/4HANA
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fastpaced changing environment while working under deadlines.
- Build credible relationships with peers and clients and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- SAP Basis and Security Authentication Strong Knowledge and Handson experience in Technical Planning Installations Upgrades OS/DB Migrations Unicode Conversions S/4HANA
- 5 years plus Experience in SAP Basis administration including experience in standard SAP procedures such as client copies database refreshespatching transport management upgrades and performance tuning of database and SAP applications
- Install configure maintain(upgrade) and support SAP systems including but not limited to Solution Manager ECC and BW SRM CRM APO Suite on Hana
- Experience with Performance tuning problem analysis for Oracle/Hana databases and SAP instances
- Work with SAP and Solution Manager to resolve problems. Configure Start Default and Instance Profiles.
- Provide daily support to the production support team with any technical and performance problems.
- Hana 2.0 HA Oracle 19 Data guard a plus.
- Speak both English and French
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or masters degree in information systems Engineering Computer Science or a similar degree.
- 4 years of previous experience working across a range of implementations upgrades and migration projects.
- SAP Certifications in S/4HANA OS/DB Migration NetWeaver and SAP HANA preferred.
- Experience of working in large landscapes/environments/customers
- Bilingual Preferred(French & English)
