This is a fulltime role working 40 hours a week on a hybrid basis in Falmouth within our MSCMarine Infrastructure Solution (MIS) team.Youll work closely with colleagues across technical commercial tax legal business development and marketing teams to ensure alignment in Fugros proposed solutions. Locally youll collaborate with operational and project delivery teams in our hub offices to create proposals that are safe profitable and effectively mitigate risks. Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal coordination:Review Invitations to Tender check technical and commercial requirements and raise any issues to management.
- Prepare bid/no bid analysis:Complete tender signoffs with senior management.
- Ensure highquality proposals:Meet Fugros and the prospective clients expectations delivering topnotch written and commercial work within defined timeframes.
- Evaluate risks:Ensure technical and commercial risks are accepted managed priced or transferred appropriately.
- Negotiate with clients:Secure contract awards ensuring solutions are safe profitable and risks are mitigated.
- Handover packages:Prepare and present technical and commercial tender handover packages to project managers for KickOff meetings adhering to the Fugro PM Handbook and MSC systems.
What Youll Need to Thrive in This Role:
- Educational background:Degree in geotechnical civil engineering earth science or a related field.
- Technical expertise:Strong background in civils foundation nearshore/onshore construction and groundwork.
- Experience:Proven experience in technical project management commercial or sales roles.
- Communication skills:Excellent in English both written and verbal.
- Sales abilities:Persuasive and professional clientfacing skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Presentation skills:Outstanding ability to convey ideas effectively.
