Job Description
Allen Homes is an awardwinning residential construction company in the Sioux Falls & surrounding area. For over 60 years & several generations we have specialized in slab on grade single family and multifamily construction.
We are hiring for a Project Estimator role within our office. Duties of this position include:
- Pricing New Projects
- Establish relationships with Subcontractors & Vendors
- Job Costing
- Plan & Permit Management
- Ordering of Materials
- Exploring New Products & Code Requirements
- Set up Cost Monitoring & Reporting Procedures
Requirements of this position include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (primarily Excel)
- General Understanding of Residential & MultiFamily Construction
- Detailoriented
- Communication & negotiation skills
This position is fulltime & salaried with opportunities for additional duties within our storage & land development sectors. Salary based on experience.
