The opportunity:

Do you want to enable green energy transition and together with colleagues build customized embedded control systems consisting of both software and hardware to meet our customers and the worlds needs for sustainable flexible and secure energy

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our HVDC Control and Protection Software Department responsible for the realtime control software of HVDC transmission systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a passion for facilitating highperforming teams. As a Scrum Master you will play a crucial role in guiding our teams to deliver exceptional results in the development and maintenance of HVDC control and protection systems.

How you will make an impact:

  • Facilitate daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the teams progress.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is wellgroomed and prioritized.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices.
  • Promote a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an engineering or technology environment.
  • A strong understanding of HVDC systems and control and protection technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello DevOps).
