Were currently looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving growth across new and existing accounts. You will build strong relationships with key decisionmakers identify sales opportunities and help expand our market presence by delivering solutions that meet customer needs. This is a strategic and handson role ideal for a selfmotivated professional passionate about making an impact.
Salary: $90000 $140000 (Depending on Experience)
Candidate must be based in Houston area
7 years of technical experience with a demonstrated track record of success in roles involving sales responsibilities and client engagement
Bachelor of Science in Materials Science preferred; other fouryear technical or business degrees will be considered based on relevant experience
Industry expertise in Materials Testing NonDestructive Examination (NDE) or Asset Integrity highly preferred
Strong ability to interpret and apply technical testing procedures standards and customer requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM
Demonstrated professional maturity flexibility and presence to represent the company at industry events client meetings and internal initiatives
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of performance under pressure
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills that support effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization
Skilled in client interfacing needs assessment and solution development including support for proposal creation pricing and commercial terms
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75 including overnight travel as needed for client visits and business development activities
