NA Ops Sustainability Strategy & (SSE) is looking for a Senior Program Manager to identify scope and lead reporting and forecasting programs to support the SSE team.
In this role the Senior Program Manager Sustainability Analytics will own crossfunctional carbon reporting and forecasting programs including the SSE MBR crossfunctional work across NA planning teams to update carbon forecasts and analysis work to bring insights to senior leaders.
The individual will create project plans develop processes coordinate across organizations drive and communicate to senior management on status risks and process/product changes.
The Senior Program Manager Sustainability Analytics will influence through data and mechanisms. This position will need an individual with experience delivering results while balancing customer needs data analysis project and stakeholder management and internal/external communications.
Key job responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle complex crossfunctional programs with impact across multiple organizations Work closely with partner teams and stakeholders in and outside of the organization to deliver source allocate and coordinate resources Develop quantitative models and forwardlooking projections to evaluate financial and sustainability impacts of business decisions Analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment Seek to understand business problems scaling factors and reasons behind leadership decisions Identify and mitigate risks Work with program managers business leaders and executive team to communicate impact critical business initiatives Develop implement and govern Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting for a portfolio of programs providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects Setup mechanisms to scale sustainability solutions and pilots at Delivery Stations Establish a structure to scale and empower sustainability ambassadors for the network
5 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
