Miramar Florida

Summary:

Per Diem Schedule: Evening and Weekend shifts as needed.
Training Schedule: Tuesday Friday 4pm 8pm.

Operates the organizations central switchboard to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes alerts drills and other announcements.

Responsibilities:

Receives and relays internal and external calls and provides general information according to policy and procedure. Troubleshoots system issues when beeper and paging system to contact to hospital personnel and code codes alerts drills and other announcements according to established policies and procedures including disaster management desk directories oncall lists reference guides and other associated reference materials.

Education and Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
